I have made the change from BT Broadband to TalkTalk Broadband: a faster connection at 8 meg and cheaper too. I am now officially ‘free from BT’ anyway. My first experiences of customer services were despite a long wait, generally positive. I will repoprt back with the quality of the service soon.
